Teeth Whitening
Whitening lightens tooth colour and stains from tea, coffee and tobacco. It works on natural teeth only; fillings, crowns and veneers do not change colour. We first check for decay and gum problems, because these should be treated before whitening.

Who it is for
Adults with healthy teeth and gums who want lighter teeth. It may not suit pregnant or breastfeeding women, people with very sensitive teeth or receding gums, or those with many front-tooth fillings. Some deep stains need other options, such as veneers or crowns.
What happens and how many visits
- Check-up and cleaning (scaling), if needed.
- We record your current shade and explain the options: in-clinic whitening or take-home trays.
- In-clinic whitening usually takes one visit of about 30 minutes. Some people need a second session.
Aftercare
Teeth may feel sensitive for a day or two. Avoid tea, coffee, coloured foods and tobacco for 48 hours. Whitening fades over time, at a different pace for each person.
Fee
Teeth whitening: ₹6,000 (in-clinic) / ₹3,000 (take-home kit). Written estimate before treatment.
